Course

This freshman seminar reviews the major antitrust laws in the U.S. and evaluates their merits from an economics perspective. Economic principles guide the discussion of the potential pro- and anti-competitive effects of the business practices at the center of several major landmark cases in the U.S., including the Microsoft, VISA, and Great Vitamin Conspiracy.
